    TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

    1. The customer will notify the company in writing or by calling the Helpline promptly if any defects are noticed and give the company or its authorised agent adequate opportunity to inspect, test and remedy them.
    2. If device is not installed in the proper procedure specified there is no warranty.
    3. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of parts, which are found to be defective. Repairing charges are Extra 300/- RUPEES.
    4. Repair & Inspections Charges will be charged by Executive whenever he will come for repair.
    5. The company’s liability under this warranty shall in no event, and under no circumstances, exceed the price paid by the customer. This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable. In case of any Query contact us within 10 days after delivery @ 1800 8904 088 otherwise it is considered that customer is agreed on above terms & Conditions.
    6. The Consumables including the Pre-Sediment Filter, Pre-RO Carbon Filter, Post-Carbon Sediment Filter, RO Membrane, Micro-Filtration membrane and Post-RO Carbon Filter will not be covered under warranty. AFTER SALES SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE IS CHARGEABLE
    7. 1 year warranty for electrical parts Booster Pump and SMPS (Power Supply). Electrical part will be send through courier but technicians charge is to be pay by customer.
    8. The products plastic body is not covered under Warranty and hence, it must be handled with care to guard against breakage.
    9. This Warranty is void if the unit is not operated under normal municipal water or well water conditions or is subjected to the temperature above 40°C.
    10. Any disagreements and obligations based upon the purchase of Aquadpure Purifiers and thereby imposed on Purifiers or its ASP shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of
    INDIA and subject to the jurisdiction of Indore (452 006) Courts only.
    11. Under no circumstances, the liability of Purifiers or its ASP shall exceed the value of product.
    12. 12-13 Liter** is the purification capacity which will depends upon raw water
    TDS (TOTAL DISSOLVE SOLIDS) 250PPM. and pressure of incoming water.
    13. FOR SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE PLEASE CALL ON COMPANY CUSTOMER CARE AFTER SALE AND SERVICE IS CHARGEABLE.

    General For the purpose of this warranty, the following expressions shall have the following meanings respectively:

    Warranty doesn’t cover any damage/other issues arising out of ingress of external/foreign material (like dust, insects, ants, other pests) in the water purifier as it is the responsibility of the consumer to keep the area around the purifier clean and free of pests/dust.

    The warranty for electrical parts is provided directly by the seller. If any electrical item (such as SMPS, motor, or other components) is found to be faulty, we will inform the seller on your behalf. The seller will then ship the replacement part to you via courier.

    This warranty service is only applicable in the Delhi NCR region. Once the replacement item arrives at your location, our team will assist you with the installation of the new part. Please note, apart from this, no other components are covered under the warranty.
