Welcome to KLICK INDIA RO Service Platform. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile services, and all related platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, booking services, or contacting us through any platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KLICK INDIA RO Service.
1. Service Platform Overview
KLICK INDIA RO Service operates as an independent technology-enabled service coordination platform. We provide a bridge between customers requiring RO services and service providers/technicians.
KLICK INDIA does not manufacture, sell, or represent any RO water purifier brand. We are an independent service provider for all major RO brands including but not limited to Kent, Aquaguard, Pureit, Livpure, and other domestic and international brands.
Our Service Model
- Multi-Brand Service Provider: We service all RO brands without brand affiliation
- Dual Service Model: Services provided through in-house technicians OR verified third-party vendors
- Technology Platform: Service coordination via website, mobile, and communication channels
- Pan-India Coverage: Services available across major Indian cities and towns
2. Scope of Services
Our platform enables customers to access the following services:

3. User Responsibilities & Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Must provide accurate and complete information
- Must have authority to authorize home services
User Obligations
- Accurate Information
- Provide correct contact details, address, and service requirements
- Access Provision
- Ensure technician access to the RO system and water points
- Safe Environment
- Maintain a safe working environment for technicians
- Timely Payment
- Clear all dues as per agreed terms
4. Payment Terms & Charges
All charges are for service labor and coordination only. Product warranties remain with manufacturers.
Charge Components
- Service Fee: Labor charges for installation/repair work
- Parts Cost: Actual cost of spare parts (if required)
- Platform Fee: Service coordination and support charges
- Transportation: Travel charges may apply based on location
Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods for customer convenience:
- Cash on Service Completion
- UPI Payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
5. Warranty & Liability Framework
KLICK INDIA provides NO PRODUCT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. All product warranties, guarantees, electrical parts replacement, and manufacturing defect liabilities are the exclusive responsibility of the original seller/brand/manufacturer.
Service Warranty
We provide warranty on our service work as follows. For detailed information, please refer to our comprehensive 30 Days Service Warranty Policy.
- Labor Warranty: 30 days on service workmanship
- Parts Warranty: As per parts manufacturer's policy
- Re-service: Free re-service if issue recurs within warranty period
- Warranty Claims: Process detailed in our Service Warranty Page
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Maximum liability limited to ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Only)
- No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Not liable for third-party vendor actions
- Not responsible for pre-existing conditions
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Charges

Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 7-10 working days
- Same payment method as original transaction
- Bank charges (if any) deducted from refund
7. Third-Party Services & Content
KLICK INDIA may utilize third-party vendors, service providers, or content. We:
- Do not endorse third-party services
- Are not responsible for third-party content
- Do not guarantee third-party service quality
- Recommend due diligence before engagement
8. Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KLICK INDIA, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising from:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Misuse of Services
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Violation of any laws or third-party rights
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
- Primary resolution through mutual negotiation
- Mediation through certified mediators
- Jurisdiction: Courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
- Time limit for raising disputes: 30 days from incident
10. Amendments & Updates
KLICK INDIA reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
