This Refund Policy applies to all services booked through KLICK INDIA RO Service, including RO installation, repair, maintenance, and AMC services. By booking or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Refunds may be considered only if:
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the service date.
Please share your booking ID, service date, and refund reason. All requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.
If a service is cancelled after technician assignment or dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply depending on service type and timing.
No. Service visit charges are non-refundable as they cover technician scheduling costs.
