This Refund Policy applies to all services booked through KLICK INDIA RO Service, including RO installation, repair, maintenance, and AMC services. By booking or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Services Covered

  • RO Installation Services
  • RO Repair & Maintenance Services
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Technician Visits & Service Calls

2. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Service visit charges
  • Installation or service facilitation fees
  • Booking charges
  • AMC fees (unless stated otherwise in writing)
❗ Important: These charges are non-refundable due to technician allocation, administrative, and scheduling costs.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged but the service was not delivered
  • A service was scheduled but no technician was assigned
  • KLICK INDIA cancels a confirmed booking without rescheduling

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the service date.

Please share your booking ID, service date, and refund reason. All requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Cancellation Fees

If a service is cancelled after technician assignment or dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply depending on service type and timing.

7. Refund Limitations

  • Completed services without dispute
  • Issues due to water quality or customer premises
  • Delays caused by third-party vendor availability

Q1. Is the service visit charge refundable?

No. Service visit charges are non-refundable as they cover technician scheduling costs.

Q2. When am I eligible for a refund?

Only if service was not delivered, no technician was assigned, or booking was cancelled by KLICK INDIA.

Q3. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Q4. Can I get a refund after service completion?

No. Successfully completed services are not eligible for refunds.

Q5. Are AMC plans refundable?

AMC fees are generally non-refundable unless clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
